Orders & Payment

Simply browse our shop, add the items you love to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed successfully.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in processing. Please contact us at hello@decoglory.com as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that international orders may take slightly longer due to customs processing.

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it on our Track Order page or directly on the carrier's website.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@decoglory.com with your order number.

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (usually 5–10 business days).

Products

Yes. All our lighting products comply with international safety standards. Each product listing includes safety and certification information where applicable.

Most of our products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Specific warranty information is listed on each product page.
