Return Policy

We want you to love your DecoGlory purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@decoglory.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We'll send you return instructions within 24–48 hours.

3. Pack the item securely and send it using a tracked shipping method.

4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items that have been used or damaged by the customer, items returned after 30 days, and items marked as Final Sale.

Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for items that show signs of use, are returned after 30 days, or are missing original packaging. We'll always communicate clearly before processing a partial refund.
